^All premiums are projected after a 50% discount on the first year's premium based on an actual age of 18 years old for a non-smoking male, and the following conditions (if applicable). Premiums are not guaranteed and do not include the levy collected by the Insurance Authority, and are rounded to the nearest whole number for reference only. Actual premiums may vary. The premiums for MyTerm Plus Term Life Insurance Plan - Superior, MyCover 2-in-1 plan are projected based on an insured amount of HK$300,000 and a renewal term of 1 year. The premium for the MyMillion Medical Plan - Superior is projected based on an insured self-pay amount of HK$60,000 for the policy.

¹⁰FWD will guarantee the renewal at each Policy Anniversary up to the Policy Anniversary immediately following the Insured's 100th birthday. The automatic renewal is only applicable if the policy premiums are paid when due without the requirement of evidence of insurability. FWD has the right to review and adjust the policy's premium each Policy Anniversary. FWD determines the premium rates for each renewal based on factors including but not limited to the Age of the Insured at the time of renewal, claims experience, medical ination and policy persistency, provided any premium review will be applied to all other policies of the same kind and these premium rates are not guaranteed.

FWD MyTerm Plus Term Life Insurance Plan Promotion, FWD MyCover Critical Illness Plan Promotion and FWD MyMillion Medical Plan Promotion, Terms and Conditions:

1. 3. The premium above-mentioned does not include insurance levy to be collected by the Insurance Authority. Insurance levy is calculated based on the premium after the discount. 4. If the policy issued is cancelled during the cooling off period, FWD Life will only refund actual premium paid and levy paid by the policyholder.

5. This Promotion is not applicable to policyholder who renews the existing Designated Product's policy with FWD Life.

6. This Promotion cannot be changed, returned, exchanged for other gifts or redeemed for cash, nor used in conjunction with other promotions and/or coupon(s).

7. The Designated Promotion Code is transferrable but cannot be sold nor transferred in return for any rewards in any form or manner.

8. FWD Financial Limited (“FWD Financial”) and/or FWD Life reserve(s) the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion and to amend the relevant terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.

9. All information provided by the customers must be true, correct and complete. Otherwise, FWD Financial and/or FWD Life reserve(s) the right to forfeit this Promotion.

10. For the record of application for this Promotion (including but not limited to the date and time), FWD Life's system record shall prevail.
