Terms and Conditions of “FWD MyTravel Insurance x AIRSIM Exclusive Offer”
This promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by FWD Financial Limited (“FWD Financial”).
The Promotion period of “FWD MyTravel Insurance x AIRSIM Exclusive Offer” will end on 31 December 2026. Participants must complete and submit the registration form on or before this date.
Successfully registered participants must complete the redemption on or before the redemption deadline of 15 January 2027
Each participant must meet the following requirements to join this Promotion (“Eligible Participant”):
Aged 18 or above and holding a valid Hong Kong Identity Card; and
Successfully submit the participation form within the promotional period using the name shown on their valid Hong Kong Identity Card, a Hong Kong mobile phone number, email address and policy number;
Each eligible policy may enjoy this promotion once only during the Promotion Period.
This promotion is available on a limited basis. FWD Financial reserves the right to cease accepting or processing applications for this promotion at any time without prior notice or explanation. During the processing of your application, FWD Financial may terminate the acceptance of applications for this promotion at any time without further notice.
FWD Financial will notify Eligible Participants of the redemption details for the free AIRSIM HK$20 Prepaid Card or HK$20 Free Credit via email within 7 days after successful submission of the participation form. Eligible Participants must provide accurate contact information to receive the redemption notice.
Successfully registered participants can enter the provided Redemption Code on AIRSIM designated Redemption Page to redeem a free AIRSIM HK$20 Prepaid Card or HK$20 Free Credit.
For New AIRSIM User who require to use Physical SIM, please fill in contact details and mailing address on AIRSIM designated Redemption Page, AIRSIM shall mail you an AIRSIM (incl. HK$20 stored value) for free within 5 working days. In general, the delivery takes about 5 working days by Hongkong Post. Alternatively, you can pick it up at our AIRSIM Service Center at Causeway Bay or AIRSIM Office at Sha Tin in person upon registration completed.
For existing AIRSIMer, simply fill in your AIRSIM / AIRSIMe Account No. (10-digit) on AIRSIM designated Redemption Page, the HK$20 free credits will be loaded to your designated account within 30 days upon submission.
New AIRSIMe (eSIM) User is required to first register for an AIRSIMe account in the AIRSIM App, then enter the AIRSIMe (eSIM) account number on AIRSIM designated Redemption Page to enjoy the offer.
For new AIRSIMer, please download and register AIRSIM App and AIRTALK App before 30 June 2027 upon receipt of the new AIRSIM card in order to receive the free credit in the account. The AIRSIM account has 1 year validity after first registration in AIRSIM App. The expiry date will be extended for another 1 year automatically after you purchased a data package or top-up every time.
Receive HK$20 free credit is applicable to existing AIRSIMer with a registered AIRSIM HKD account in App and cannot be combined with other promotions during the same period. Please consume the free credit before the expiry date of your AIRSIM / AIRSIMe account.
New AIRSIM card is applicable to a Hong Kong address only.
Not applicable to AIRSIM Corporate Customer Accounts.
Each AIRSIM account is eligible for a maximum of 2 different promotional offers on free credits per calendar month.
FWD Financial reserves the final decision on:
Any amendments to the terms and conditions;
Forfeiture, cancellation, or rejection of any participant’s eligibility without providing any reason; and
Changing, suspending, or terminating this Promotion without further notice.
By participating in and redeeming this Promotion, participants are deemed to have understood and agreed that:
Participants must be aged 18 or above and hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card to join this Promotion;
They agree to the terms and conditions of this Promotion;
They have read FWD Financial’s Privacy Policy and Personal Data Collection Statement, and agree that Bolttech Insurance and FWD Financial may use the personal data submitted in the form for purposes related to this Promotion
They consent to FWD Financial using and transferring their personal data for direct marketing purposes and receiving promotional messages or materials according to the relevant Personal Data Collection Statements;
In case of any dispute, FWD Financial & AIRSIM reserves the right of final decision.
This Promotion is solely for participants in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and should not be construed as selling, soliciting, or offering FWD Financial’s insurance products or services outside Hong Kong.
FWD Financial does not accept any third‑party representation in handling any matters related to this Promotion on behalf of any participant or Eligible Participant.
